All you can eat of what is on offer: You will not be hungry! 


Snacks:

Bananas, apples, dates and/or rice cakes


Breakfast:


Blueberry smoothie, apple compote, steamed vegetables


Lunch:


Vegetable soup, stew or chili, hummus, crudités, gluten free bread/crackers


Dinner:


Baked potato- choice of sweet or regular with choice of toppings: avocado, nuts and seeds, tahini, roasted vegetables


Juices:


Celery, Lemon, Carrot Ginger, Optional Master Cleanse
