This week I begin my blog series on Depression- Today's pandemic that is affecting everyone! though of course no one wants to talk about it. Trust me, you are not alone. Even though you are no doubt a productive, generally happy, successful person it's ok to have moments when you feel sad, overwhelmed, disappointed, worried... As I tell my clients, it's a good sign you "feel" anything at all because so many today just can't feel. They have armoured their heart, numbed their senses and prepare for "battle" each day. In my small way I hope I can help and perhaps offer you, through my newsletters, my blogs and my classes a new perspective on healing yourself and the world.
