Nicole Rolland is a Yoga/ Meditation Teacher, Writer and Author of "Stepping into Consciousness- A Guide to Living a life of Joy, Meaning, and Abundance", published in 2012. Nicole holds a Bachelor in Commerce from Concordia University. She completed her medicine wheel training with the Four Winds Society and her yoga certification (425 hours) with the Kripalu Centre.
Nicole currently teaches yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes to companies, small groups and private clients in their homes or offices. Nicole has taught for the city of Westmount, the Club Sportif MAA, Chez Doris Women's Shelter, The Native Women's Shelter of Montreal, Jazz Yoga studio as well as various pop up studios in Montreal and at her boutique studio at the University Club of Montreal. Nicole offers talks on mindfulness,as well as, offers workshops that focus on stress reduction and tools to solve many of today’s problems. She has given talks at the Club Sportif MAA with Positive Psychologist Catherine Cloutier, at Corso and Junior Restaurants with wellness coaches Carolina Arrillaga and Karla Gomez, the Westmount library as well as her home in Westmount. She has written blogs for the Huffington Post, Expert Beacon, and Third Age. Nicole is a member of the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association (KYAA) and lives in Montreal.
